• Chat Data: Messages you send and receive are stored in Firebase Realtime Database to enable real-time communication.

• Usage Data: App interaction data such as features used, time spent, and crash reports to improve performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the VibeChat service.
• To enable real-time messaging between users via Firebase.

3. Firebase and Google Services

VibeChat uses Firebase services including Firebase Realtime Database, Firebase Authentication, and Firebase Cloud Storage — all provided by Google LLC. Your data processed through these services is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We only store data necessary for app functionality.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• With Firebase/Google as our infrastructure provider.

We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase Security Rules, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and password strength enforcement within the app. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Chat messages may be retained for a limited period for operational purposes.

VibeChat is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
